Refund Policy

1. Our 14-day money-back guarantee

This is a no-questions-asked guarantee. You do not need to provide a reason. The 14-day period starts on the date shown on your Stripe receipt.

The guarantee applies to the original one-time MeetingStow software purchase made through our official checkout. It does not cover unrelated products, bank charges, foreign-exchange differences, or fees imposed by a payment provider or financial institution that we did not receive.

2. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] within 14 calendar days of purchase. Use the email address used at checkout and include either your Stripe receipt number, purchase date, or MeetingStow license key so we can locate the transaction.

Please do not send your payment card number, meeting recordings, transcripts, or other unrelated personal data. We may ask for limited additional information if it is reasonably necessary to confirm the purchase or prevent fraud.

3. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method. We refund the amount you actually paid for MeetingStow, including any refundable tax collected with the purchase. If a promotion reduced the price, the refund is limited to the amount paid.

We normally submit an eligible refund promptly after verifying the request. Most refunds appear within 5 to 10 business days, but the final timing is controlled by Stripe, your bank, and your payment method. We cannot redirect a refund to a different card, account, or person.

4. What happens after a refund

Once a refund is processed, the associated license and protected download access may be disabled. You must stop using MeetingStow and remove copies of the app that were licensed by the refunded purchase.

A refund does not remotely delete recordings, transcripts, voice templates, exports, or other MeetingStow data stored on your Mac. You remain responsible for reviewing, retaining, exporting, or deleting those local files as appropriate.

5. Requests after 14 days and consumer rights

We generally do not provide change-of-mind refunds after the 14-day guarantee. However, this policy does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including remedies that may apply if digital content is faulty, materially misdescribed, or not supplied as agreed.

If you believe MeetingStow is defective or that you have another statutory right to a remedy, contact us with a description of the problem. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, an appropriate remedy may include troubleshooting, repair, replacement, a price reduction, or a refund.

This policy is in addition to any mandatory cancellation, conformity, or consumer-protection rights that apply where you live.
